CAN I RESERVE A RUG?

We cannot hold or reserve a rug once its posted to our website.  Follow us on instagram or sign up for our email list so you don't miss any new arrivals!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN NEW RUGS ARE LISTED?

New rugs are listed on Thursday and/or Sunday evenings. Follow us on Instagram @loomanddwell to see sneak peeks of new arrivals and never miss a sale.  Join our email list too...for first dibs on new arrivals.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY RUG?

These wool rugs are naturally stain resistant and very durable, even in high traffic areas. Spot cleaning is recommended with a warm damp cloth and clear detergent or clear soap. For a deep clean, professional cleaning is recommended.

HOW ARE RUGS SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail.

DO WE SELL GIFT CARDS?

Not at this time but we are looking into adding this to our shop in the near future.

WHAT ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments will be made via all major credit/debit cards upon checkout. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of vintage rugs and our very small business, all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any additional questions about a rug prior to purcashing. We will always provide detailed photos in natural light and measurements in the listing.
